Placing Orders :
Your flowers are NOT sent off, we do the preservation. The cost of preservation is included in the price of the keepsakes. See “Products and Pricing” for full product information. We don’t do preservation only, something must be made with the flowers.
It is essential for us to receive the flowers as soon as possible. The fresher the flower, the better the outcome. Because it takes 2-3 weeks for the flowers to preserve, you will have time to decide what keepsakes you want made. The most important thing is to receive your flowers. Flowers will shrink in size, and colors can deepen.
Even if your flowers are already dry, send them. There are items that can be made. (rosaries, jewelry, frames, ornaments, etc)
To us, it’s not the “flower” thats important, it’s the meaning and memories it represents. Let us turn them into a beautiful keepsake for you to enjoy….”Forever In Time.”
Also, roses and carnations do the best.
***Beginning May 1, 2022, there will be a $50 preservation/processing fee charged for all orders that are not placed within 30 days after the completion of the preservation process. It is imperative to our business to keep the turnaround time to a minimum. Therefore, orders being placed in a timely manner is important as we are limited on space to hold the flowers. The fee will not be charged as long as you are actively working out the details of your order with Tiffany. An emailed warning will be sent prior to the fee being charged asking for your order to be placed. We appreciate your understanding.***

Placing Orders – Timeline:
Step 1: (Ship your flowers/keepsakes)
Please follow the shipping instructions under the “Shipping To Us” tab. We have detailed instructions to help your flowers to arrive in good condition. However, warm weather and cold weather conditions can still affect your flowers. There is no control over that.
Step 2: (Reply to our initial email from, firstname.lastname@example.org)
We do receive a number of boxes daily. The flowers are our number one priority and are opened and taken care of the day we receive them. Once the flowers are cataloged and photographed they will start the preservation process. All of the info then has to be put into our system which can take some time. Once they are in our system you will then receive an email letting you know the condition they arrived in and also a photo(s) of the flowers. It may take up to 4 days for you to receive the email from the time we received the flowers, emails are not always sent out on weekends. Be sure to add us to your address list so our emails don’t go to your spam.
In the subject line of the initial email will be the date your flowers arrived, and your last name. You MUST reply to this email that you understand the order process. Please use/reply to this email for all communications. Keeping everything all in one thread, is best for us, and you.
If you do not use email, we will work with you by phone. Email is just easier because of time zones, peoples work schedules, etc.
Step 3: (Place Your Order)
After about 3 weeks you will be contacted via email (phone if no email available) that your flowers have completed the preservation process. At this time, you should be ready to place your order. (We will be more than happy to help you decide what to have made). If you know what you are wanting prior to this, please let us know.
Please email your order to Tiffany at email@example.com as we do not have an order form on our website.
If you have shipped dried flowers or other keepsakes, they will take less time. You will be notified in the initial email.
At this time, if you aren’t sure what you want, that is fine. But when you are ready to place your order, you will have other orders ahead of yours to be processed first.
Orders must be placed within 30 days of the complition of preseration. We understand it can be hard to decide, and to get other family members to decide. But we don’t have the space to hold your items. We would not get rid of any items, unless you tell me to do so. But please, we need to work together, to get the orders made in a timely fashion.
Step 4: (Invoicing and Payment)
Once your flowers are ready and your order is placed, you will be invoiced via PayPal. It will itemize each piece, quantity, price, shipping and any discounts. If you prefer, you can send a personal check or money order. Orders must be paid in full prior to them being created. Please be sure to confirm your shipping address with PayPal.
Step 5: (Order processed)
Once your full payment is received your keepsakes will be made and shipped out within 21 business days. We make all keepsakes in the order payments are received. Keepsakes are not created until your order is paid in full.
If you are sending flowers that are already dried, they will be able to be processed sooner. You will be given a timeline when your flowers are received, once I see them. Ideally, I like to get them in and out when possible.
